Not many tutorials on how to install it and it would be great to have a small package with grease/lube to help keep water out for better sealant when connecting the cord to the robot

Look how clear that pool is! My pool had been neglected by the previous owner and the smaller test kits just weren’t showing me the information that I needed (but the color or pool water sure was!)Having a test kit with this level of accuracy is a must! Our order was delivered in less than 3 days...(jersey to va.) The shock was exactly what I ordered. The DE was correct just not same brand I ordered. I contacted them immediately and their response WAS IMMEDIATE. I explained the issue and after sending a Pic of product was offered return but also assured me of its quality if I chose to use it. I did use it and our pool is beautiful. We were attracted to their site by the prices. It is quality product delivered quickly and the prices are outstanding. That's what started it all...the best price I could find for name brand product. We will continue ordering from them.
We fought algae in our pool for the last ten years. All we did was brush, vacuum and shock. I contemplated filling the pool with dirt for a garden. This year we haven’t had to drain and refill and my next vacuum will be the first this year. I love this product. We are enjoying our pool for the first year in many years.

After initial use I add two scoops a week and three round clorine pucks a week in the floater to my 24 ft around and 54 inch deep pool. It gets hot here in Texas and it keeps it chrystal clear.

The clamp tensioner was not nearly as secure as the original part for the filter. This was supposed to be a direct replacement however the tensioner design is much weaker. The part where the threaded rod passes through is much smaller and failed on the second use. When tightened it was allowing water to leak, then more pressure caused the tensioner to open and completely fail.
Waiting on a refund right now. I have just returned the product which I purchased from EZ Pools.

By answering my email, I turned in everything yall said you needed to posibly warranty the part since it was cracked and leaking. Since then I haven't recieved any response . I called the other day and left a message, but still haven't heard anything. I would not recomend buying or purchasing.
IT DOES NOT WORK. I have tried emailing and calling and NO ONE has called me back about next steps to return this and get something that actually works.
The motor block on my 9650Qi got water into it and quit working. The only fix is to buy a brand new factory sealed motor block. It’s ridiculously expensive but the one I received from EZ Pools came when promised and appeared to be a legit OEM part. I popped it in and it has worked flawlessly so far. It’s been about a month. Comes with a one year warranty so let’s hold judgement until about year 4 or 5.
The complete motor assembly was exactly what I needed to get our pool cleaner back in service. Easy to order, fast shipping and fair price was the reason I chose to order from you. Besides, my wife takes care of the pool and I need to make sure she is happy.
We shopped 3 other places and couldn’t find a compatible pump for our system, but we found this one and are very pleased. It’s a better pump than what we had before our original pump stopped working. Fair price and fast shipping made it even better. The pump arrived before our pool turned green.

I love this! I would have had to change out sand filter balls 4 times already! With Dr. Drydens glass media, I only have to backwash and rinse for a few minutes a week and it keeps the water looking phenomenal!
The whole experience was terrific. It came quickly. It was packaged well that was assembled very easily and is operating terrifically.
We’ll never got to use it because it spell everywhere and yall told me yall can’t exchange so I have to wait for refund before reordering witch imma just go with a different brand.

The Zodiac controller was extremely easy to install and program! there are 4 wires that are color coded and re-connected them easily. The manual is user friendly and had no issues programming the buttons. These are durable devices and only replaced it because the sun faded the LED display. I installed an awning and as you can see in the picture....it looks amazing!
