Fairly easy install for novice, however the unit is still not working. Unit went forward about 4” and reversed 4” and stopped. So we ordered a new power supply from your company, which still has not arrived. Will update when we have that.

The original cord degraded after 6 years to where it no longer floated and got all tangled up with the robot. This replacement cord fits like a charm and was easy to install (thanks YouTube). This cord has a swivel whereas the original did not. Even though the robot specs say their “algorithm” would prevent tangles and eliminate the need for a swivel, it didn’t. So, I’m anxious to see if this swiveled cord will reduce the twists & tangles in the cord. The unknown end performance as of yet is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.(Amazon)
