My initial shipment got damaged in transit. Once I found out, I contacted the service department just to cancel the order and refund my credit card. Well they did that and sent me a replacement order on them ! GREAT SERVICE !!

Shock-It Liquid Chlorine 12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite

The package arrived on time and intact. They know how to pack it to keep it from breaking open order straight from EZ pools as opposed to Amazon who just put it in a box and they all break open. Thank you ! I shall continue to order directly from easy pools
