Description
Hayward W3S244T2 is a ProSeries top-mount, high-rate sand filter with a 24" molded polymeric tank and a 7-position, 2" Vari-Flo™ top-mount multiport valve. It filters pool and spa water by passing it through #1/2 silica sand media (0.45–0.55 mm); the 360° slotted lateral underdrain supports even flow and backwashing. This filter is designed for in-ground pools and in-ground spas, and it’s also commonly used on water features like fish ponds, fountains, and water gardens. It uses 300 lbs of sand, provides 3.14 sq-ft of filtration area, and is rated up to 50 psi maximum working pressure.
