This stainless-steel sensor bulb reports water temperature to the control board on Raypak R185A, R265A, R335A, and R405A IID digital pool heaters, replacing a failed or inaccurate sensor that trips the high-limit or throws a control error.

This 2-wire sensor works only with the original green PCB control board; a later or different control board revision uses a different sensor design.
