ProTeam Polyquat 60 is an algae preventative for hard-to-kill mustard, black, and blue-green algae types. This product is non-metallic and non-staining. It also reduces sanitizer consumption and is not affected by high chlorine residuals. Proteam Polyquat 60 promotes sparkling blue pool water. This algaecide is highly concentrated. Instructions

This product controls algae in pools, spas, whirlpools, hot tubs, and decorative fountains or ponds without fish. For best results, clean any heavy algae growth before use.

  • Visible algae growth: Add 11-17 oz per 10,000 gallons of water, then clean algae debris. For spas and fountains, add 1-2 oz per 1,000 gallons.
  • Freshly cleaned: Add 6-11 oz per 10,000 gallons (pools) or 0.6-1.1 oz per 1,000 gallons (spas).
  • Maintenance: Add 2-4 oz (pools) or 0.2-0.4 oz (spas) every 5-7 days.

During the off-season, add 8-10 oz per 10,000 gallons to prevent algae. For visible algae at season's end, add 12-17 oz per 10,000 gallons. Ensure even distribution for effectiveness. Re-treat if necessary.
