PristineCheck® Pool Startup — Water Balancer & Mineral Sequestrant
Give your pool the perfect foundation before every season. PristineCheck® Pool Startup by PristineBlue is a professional-grade liquid mineral sequestrant that binds excess calcium and other hardness minerals in your water — preventing stubborn stains, ugly scaling, and cloudy water before they start. Whether you're opening your pool for the first time this year, refilling after a drain, or battling hard source water, PristineCheck prepares your pool for a cleaner, clearer swim season.
Why Use PristineCheck?
- Sequesters excess calcium and other minerals that cause staining and scale buildup
- Prevents equipment damage and unsightly deposits on pool surfaces and fixtures
- Prepares water to get the most out of the PristineBlue chemical system
- Improves overall water clarity and boosts sanitizer effectiveness
- Works with virtually every pool system — chlorine, bromine, salt, ozone, UV, and more
- Available in 8 fl oz (spa size), 32 fl oz, and 64 fl oz bottles
Dosing & Application Instructions
Spas & Hot Tubs: Add 10 mL per 100 gallons of spa water. Run the filter for 4–6 hours, then remove and clean your filter media before proceeding with your spa care routine.
Pro Tip: Use PristineCheck at every pool opening, after any refill, or anytime your source water tests high in calcium hardness. This single step can save you hours of troubleshooting down the road.
