Pool Season Algae Control 60: a highly effective, non-foaming 60% polyquat algaecide for swimming pools and attached spas. Prevents and eliminates green, black, and mustard algae, suitable for regular use.

This is a non-foaming, non-metallic, 60% strength polyquat algaecide.

Directions & Dosage

Dosage

For visible algae growth, an initial dose of 11 to 17 fl oz of this product per 10,000 gallons of water is recommended.

For a freshly cleaned pool (IE, very minor or no algae growth), use 2 to 4 fl oz of this product per 10,000 gallons of water.

For pool closings, we recommend 4 to 8 fl oz of this product per 10,000 gallons of water.

Directions

This product is used to control the growth of algae in pools, spas, and aquatic environments.

Prior to adding the algaecide, ensure that your water chemistry is balanced, aiming for a pH level between 7.2 - 7.6, and a residual chlorine reading of 1 - 4 ppm.

With the filter system running, evenly distribute this product around the deep end of the pool.
