Description
Replaces the heat exchanger (tube sheet coil) on Pentair MasterTemp and Sta-Rite Max-E-Therm 400 heaters (models 400NA, 400LP) built before 1/12/09 - Pentair 77707-0234. It circulates pool water through a cupro-nickel coil to absorb heat from the burner, restoring proper heating when the original exchanger leaks or scales. This is an OEM assembly; verify your heater's build date, as post-1/12/09 units use a different coil.
