Replacement seal plate for Pentair Challenger High Flow/High Pressure pumps and WaterFall specialty models AFP-75 and AFP-120 (355004Z). It provides the motor mounting surface and houses the shaft seal to keep the pump watertight between the volute and a square-flange motor. Includes six inserts and replaces legacy part numbers 355004 and 355303.
