Clean & Clear Plus 420 Tank Lid

This tank lid assembly seals the top of a Pentair Clean & Clear Plus 420 sq-ft cartridge filter and contains hydraulic pressure during operation.

Compatibility

• Clean & Clear Plus 420 sq-ft Pool and Spa Cartridge Filter (made after November 1998)
• Quad D.E. 80 Pool and Spa D.E. Filter
• Does not fit Clean & Clear 420 / American Products Quantum filters made before November 1998, or the Hayward DE2400 filter

Replace the tank clamp O-ring (Pentair 39010200) at the same time for a proper seal.

Pre-1998 Clean & Clear 420 and American Products Quantum filters use the obsolete lid 178551, which is not interchangeable with this part.
