Instructions for Use in Automatic Chlorinators and Floaters:

1. Filling the Feeder: Load the automatic chlorinator or floater with this product for continuous chlorine treatment.
2. Setting the Dosage: Adjust the feeder to maintain a steady chlorine level of 1-4 parts per million (ppm) in the pool water. Typically, 1-2 ounces of the product per 10,000 gallons of water will suffice daily.
3. Monitoring Chlorine Levels: Regularly check the chlorine concentration using a test kit or test strips. Adjust the feed rate as necessary to keep the chlorine levels within the desired range.
4. Maintenance: Ensure the chlorinator is refilled as needed. Be cautious to prevent the product from coming into direct contact with vinyl liners or surfaces prone to bleaching, as damage may occur.

Instructions for Use in Skimmers:

1. Compatibility Check: Only use this product in skimmers made of plastic, and ensure the connecting pipes between the skimmer and pump are also plastic.
2. Safety Precautions: Avoid adding other chemicals into the skimmer while using this product to prevent the risk of explosion or fire.
3. Pump Operation: In vinyl pool setups, ensure the pump remains on for at least 8 hours after adding the product to the skimmer to avoid damage.
4. Initial Dosage: Start with adding one unit of the product per 10,000 gallons of water.
5. Adjustment: Use a test kit or test strips to monitor and maintain a chlorine level of 1-4 ppm. Add more of the product as needed based on the test results.
