For Spas and Hot Tubs
Use one full 16 oz bottle of Spa Purge per spa or hot tub. Pour directly into warm water with the circulation running to ensure a complete purge of plumbing and surfaces.
For Jetted Tubs
Add half a bottle (8 oz) of Spa Purge to the tub. Ensure the water level is at least 1 inch above the jets for best results.

For Spas & Hot Tubs
- Remove the cartridge filter elements from your spa.
- Ensure water temperature is at least 95ºF. With circulation on, pour the entire bottle of Spa Purge into the spa.
- Activate the jets for at least 5 minutes. Foaming is normal—if excessive, turn the jets off.
For Jetted Tubs
- Fill the tub with hot water, ensuring water covers the jets by at least 1 inch.
- Add half a bottle of Spa Purge to the water.
- Run the jets for 5 minutes. Foaming may occur as part of the process.
