TheraMax/TheraFlo Seal Plate

This seal plate is the rear pump housing/faceplate for Sundance/Jacuzzi TheraMax and TheraFlo spa pumps that use the bracketless 48-frame design, bolting the wet end directly to the motor with a 48 Frame thru-bolt mount.

Compatibility

• TheraMax 1.5 HP pump, all years
• TheraMax 2.5 HP pump, all years
• TheraMax 2.0 HP pump, 07/2003 and newer
• TheraFlo pump, all years
• Jacuzzi/Sundance J-300 series spas (bracketless 48-frame)
• Jacuzzi/Sundance J-200 series spas (bracketless 48-frame)
• Does not fit TheraMax 2.0 HP pumps built 1999 through 06/2003, which use the earlier 6500-286 housing

Pump HP and manufacture date determine fit — 2.0 HP TheraMax pumps built before July 2003 need the older 6500-286 housing instead of 6500-311.

This seal plate does not fit Aqua-Flo pump wet ends; mixing it with Aqua-Flo components will not seal correctly.
