This gray slide-on headrest pillow fits Jacuzzi J-400 Collection spas built between 2006 and mid-2009, mounting onto the spa shell's slide-mount bracket for cushioned head and neck support.

Spas built mid-2009 or later use a different mounting and pillow design and require part 2472-820, not this 2472-822 pillow.
