Head Immobilizer - Orange

Our orange all purpose Head Immobilizer includes 2 head and chin straps and a base plate that fasten easily to the rescue board. It features two side blocks with wide Velcro closures for a snug fit. The head and chin straps can be placed in alternating positions to accommodate different needs. Waterproof and buoyant, this head immobilizer can be used in water rescue.

Our orange all purpose head immobilzer is made with the highest grade of foam and vinyl coated for durability and easy cleaning. With no metal components, it can be worn during x-rays, MRI and CT scans.
