PowerFlo Strainer Housing C-Clip
This C-shaped clip secures the strainer housing (trap body) to the pump body on select Hayward Power-Flo series pumps. It is the new-style clip, used on trap bodies manufactured 2004 and after.
Compatibility
- Hayward PowerFlo SP1500 Series Pump
- Hayward PowerFlo LX SP1580 Series Pump
- Hayward PowerFlo II SP1700 Series Pump
- Does not fit SP1500/SP1580/SP1700 trap bodies manufactured before 2004 (use SPX1515C instead)
Hayward also sells a similar-looking SPX1515C clip for the older-style trap body built 2000-2003; the two are not interchangeable.
