The Century BN61 is a 230V, two-speed pool and spa pump motor built on a 48Y frame with a threaded shaft for direct impeller mounting, used to replace failed OEM motors across many 48-frame pump brands.

The "3.0 SPL" designation some listings use refers to a peak/service-factor rating, not continuous horsepower; the nameplate rating is 2 HP high speed, 1/4 HP low speed.
