The Century B229SE is a 1.5 HP, single-phase, 56J-frame replacement motor for pool and spa pumps, built with a threaded stainless steel shaft and dual-voltage 115/230V operation.

Compatibility
- Hayward SP2610X15 Super Pump
- Does not fit Hayward 6060 booster pump (requires 48Y-frame motor)
When replacing the motor, also replace the volute gasket and motor shaft seal, using a small amount of lubricant on the gasket to help it seal long-term; for a Hayward Super Pump, the matching seal kit is GOKIT3 (GOKIT3SALT for saltwater pools).
