336A/337A Copper Tube Bundle

The 010061F copper tube bundle replaces the heat exchanger core in Raypak 336A and 337A Digital Low NOx heaters with polymer (plastic) headers, restoring heat transfer after a failed or leaking bundle.

Replace or inspect the bypass valve and Unitherm Governor when installing this bundle, since the water conditions that damaged the original tube bundle usually damage these parts too.

This bundle fits the residential polymer-header 336A/337A heat exchanger only; the commercial metal-header tube bundle shares the same model numbers but does not interchange with this part.
