Most equipment, accessories, and chemicals ship via UPS Ground or similar carriers. Arrives within 1–5 business days depending on your location.

Local delivery is available from our owned fulfillment centers and distribution network. Contact us to confirm availability and scheduling for your area.
Available in most areas🚚 Freight Shipping
Larger items like filters, heaters, pumps, and bulk chemical orders may require freight due to size or weight. Liftgate and residential delivery included at no charge.
Free freight on qualifying orders⏱️ Processing Timeframes
Orders placed Monday–Saturday before 12PM ship same day. If an item is out of stock, we'll cover expedited shipping costs where possible to meet your expected delivery date.

For all freight shipments, please be aware of the following:
- The carrier will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule a delivery window.
- Inspect all items before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt — this is critical for any freight claims.
- Liftgate service and residential delivery are included at no additional charge where applicable.
- Someone must be present at the delivery address to inspect and sign for the merchandise.
Shipping Restrictions
Some pool chemicals and hazardous materials cannot be shipped to certain locations or may require special handling.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order at any time through your account on our website.
