📦 Standard Returns

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns for reasons not attributable to EZ Pools may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return your item and place a new order once accepted. We offer free exchanges for shipments containing the wrong item(s).

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add additional time.

No Restocking Fee If...

  • 🕐Your order was delivered late by the carrier.
  • You received the wrong item (ordered X, received Y).
  • 📉Your order had an incorrect quantity of items.
  • 🔧Your item is defective or was damaged in transit. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your package.

How to Start a Return

Email us at sales@ezpools.com with your Order ID (e.g. #3333) or tracking number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately — ideally within 5 business days of delivery so we can make it right.

⚠️ Freight Shipments: Inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the receipt at the time of delivery — this is required to process a freight damage claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • 🧪Opened pool chemicals — including shocks, chlorine, and specialty treatments.
  • ⚠️Hazardous materials — flammable liquids, gases, and regulated chemicals.
  • 🔩Installed or used parts — items removed from original packaging and installed or used.
  • 🛠️Custom or special-order items — including special installation or replacement parts.
  • 🏷️Sale items and gift cards — these are final sale.
Note: All applicable warranties are handled through the manufacturer and cannot be processed until the manufacturer verifies the condition of the item(s).
