Replace the complete motor-and-drive “power end” on Hayward variable-speed pumps when the motor, drive, or control electronics fail but the wet end is still usable. Hayward SPX3206Z1VSPE fits TriStar VS 950 models (SP32950VSP, HL32950VSP) plus TriStar VS platforms including SP3206VSP/SP3206VSPVR/W3SP3206VSP, and EcoStar SP3400VSP/SP3400VSPVR. This assembly combines the permanent‑magnet TEFC motor with the integrated variable‑speed digital drive, restoring pump operation and speed control without replacing the entire pump housing and plumbing connections.
